During that time, he joined D.C. United where he regularly trained with the first team and was a ESPN high school all - American. From there, he was a 4 year starter at NCAA Division 1 West Virginia University, and then moved on to a professional career playing for the likes of NY Cosmos, Richmond Kickers and professional indoor Baltimore Blast, KC Comets, and as a teammate of executive director Kraig Chiles with the SD Sockers .
