Coach Evan’s shares that his approach is to lead with a servant’s heart. He looks to attract and develop attitudes reflecting a healthy and high regard for values, self, others, and excellence. Individuals will not be asked to compromise these principles for the sake of success; rather they will be challenged to increase their ability to reflect these principles and attitudes. Part of this challenge is in tangible ways having to deal with measurable goals while other parts of this challenge involve intangible attitudes in the way life is approached dealing with courage, purpose and character.

Coach Evan is a proud graduate & former athlete of the University of Redlands where he studied psychology and won a co-SCIAC championship. He also possess a M.S. degree from Azusa Pacific University in physical education.
